Eligibility for Partnership With the Prevention Branch

  1. Be a legally registered entity in the Republic of Kenya.

  2. If your organization is registered outside Kenya, provide proof that you and your staff have the correct immigration documentation and work permits.

  3. If you are an NGO or CSO, be appropriately registered with the Non-Governmental Organisations Co-ordination Board.

  4. If seeking to engage as an individual partnering with one or more Government of Kenya entities, be a citizen of Kenya or, if a foreigner, possess relevant permits.

  5. Your proposed solution is in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya and its Bill of Rights.

  6. You have undertaken a security risk analysis for the implementation of your project.

  7. That none of the trustees or management are part of active violent extremist networks, as supporters or active sympathizers, or part of adverse legal processes.
